Defence of Abu Ja’far al-Razi as a Hadith Narrator

This article by Shaykh Dr. Abul Hasan Hussain Ahmed is a defence of an early Hadith Narrator – Abu Ja’far al-Razi, and an examination of his veracity as a transmitter of Narrations. This is a reply to an unknown (Majhul) person named as “Adeel” on a certain forum.

The following is a succinct response to the claims of an internet forum contributor calling himself “Adeel” with his personal description mentioning that he is 20 years old and his “avatar” shows a masked unknown figure. The latter point is thus a true reflection of his “scholarship”, as will be demonstrated from recourse to the masters of Hadith, Fiqh and Tafsir of the past in the main, as part and parcel of this riposte Insha’Allah.
